- Method of payment
We are accepting COD, Canadian and USA cheques, and money order (please make sure
that money order is negotiable and valid in Canada!). Retailers can also apply for credit
with us.
We are also accepting Visa, Master card, American Express payments for Canadian funds
and Visa and Master Card payments for US funds.
- Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours from receipt of the order, unless you instruct
us differently.
Your shipping cost will be calculated by the dimension and weight of the package.
We will always ship your packages by fastest and most economic method, unless you
instruct us differently.
Delivery time depends on your choice of the shipping method and possible customs delays.
- Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
In an unlikely event that you should receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of
receiving it, and we will gladly replace it, or issue credit, whatever you prefer.
If you change your mind and do not want the product that was already shipped, you can
return it with our authorization within 7 days of receiving it, at your cost (10% restocking
charges will apply). We will gladly refund your money, replace the product with a
different product, or issue a credit note according to your preference as soon we receive
the returned items in good shape.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
